Our online grocery service is designed to make a real difference to you and help make it easier to shop groceries from the comfort of your home. With a variety of products available, including chilled goods, cupboard staples, fresh food, soft drinks and alcohol to household products, pet care, baby care and toiletries. Your Co-op has picked its best products which we think you’ll love, including own brand and popular branded items for you to choose from.
Members will also receive dividend automatically on dividend applicable products, plus the additional 1% by entering your share number at the checkout page, just like you would in one of our stores.
On an order today, deliver tomorrow basis, we want to ensure all customers receive their orders as quickly as possible to maintain the freshness of their shopping.
If you place your order before 10:00pm your shopping will be delivered the next working day. Our delivery days are Monday to Saturday between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Excluding bank holidays.
If you try to place an order after 10:00pm, your basket will be saved until checkout opens the next day. This means that delivery date of your order will be the following day after.
Once your order has been received by our store team, they will prepare it for delivery. You order status will be updated at each point of your orders journey. Each time your online order status changes you will receive an email.
If you are not home to receive your order, your shopping will be returned to store. You will receive an update on this status and you will need to call or email to arrange a re-delivery or collection.
If your order contains any age restricted products, you will be asked to verify you age at checkout with Yoti. If you do not select this option at checkout, you or the person receiving for you, will be asked to provide identification on delivery. If identification of age cannot be provided, the order will be returned to store and you will need to re-arrange a delivery or collection.
